Terms and Conditions

Q.  Can I cancel a class once I have booked?

A.  Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund if you choose to cancel your booking. Our classes are booked up fairly quickly, so unless you can send someone else in your place, please make sure you can attend when you make the booking.

Q. What if I arrive late?

A.  If you are more than 1 hour late, you will be unable to participate in the class as you will have too much to catch up on, this would be unfair on other students attending the class. Please make sure that you you leave extra time on the day to allow for unforeseen circumstances.

Q. How do I book a class?

A. If you wish to book a place on one of our classes, you may do so via our website or by calling 07967 180460.

You will receive a confirmation e-mail  which will have all the  details required to attend the class. A class is not secured until payment has been completed. We use PayPal but you do not need a paypal account to book a class. You can use your credit or debit card on the secure PayPal website.

Q.  What is your refund policy?

A. In the event of cancellations and no shows, no refunds will be given. If Puddle Duck Bakery cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances you will be offered a full refund or will be given the option of a space in the rescheduled class.
